Starting today and running until Halloween, I’ll be posting a daily short horror story. These videos will feature both narration and AI-generated imagery and focus on psychological horror, analog aesthetics, and that creeping dread that stays with you long after the video ends.

From real to imaginary horror

If you have followed me long enough, you know I’m a longtime fan of horror. In case you’re new here, I generally write about the technical aspects of AI—its regulation, impact, and how it shapes industries. Basically, some real-life scary topics—you’re welcome to check our latest article on the Impact of the AI Act on the creative industries and generative AI.

Welcome to the darker, spookier side

I still indulge my darker side on my socials on Instagram and X, so if you’re curious, check that too:

Exploring the Uncanny with AI

Today we’re focusing on some more creative topics. AI is often seen as a tool for solving problems and making our lives easier, but what happens when we let it tap into our fears and visualise the uncanny? By using AI to generate these horror visuals and stories, I’m venturing into that liminal space where creativity and technology meet, challenging AI to bring to life the kind of fear that lingers in the back of your mind.

What to ExpectDaily Horror Stories

Each day until Halloween, I will post a new short horror story on my X and YouTube profiles. The first stories have been uploaded, and I promise I will try to scare you in less than a minute.

Soon I’ll make a tutorial on how the videos are made, without wasting hours of your day!
